TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ensure you have read and understand the following terms & conditions before booking:
1. A deposit of £50 per car is required to confirm the booking. Once the booking is confirmed the deposit is non-refundable.
2. VAT is included in all prices quoted (from July 2008) and a VAT invoice sent via post to the clients given address.
3. The balance of the package is due to be paid 14 days prior to event / wedding date.
4. The client has the right to cancel 7 days before the event / wedding, all cancellations must be in writing signed by the client, all money except the deposit will be paid back, and if cancellation is after 7 days no money will be refunded.
5. Daimler Limousine Hire has a strictly no smoking policy in all of the vehicles.
6. Daimler Limousine Hire will not accept any liability for any goods lost, stolen or damaged during the hire.
7. The maximum liability to the company limits to the hire fees.
8. Daimler Limousine Hire has the right to refuse anyone intoxicated with alcohol or drugs for the safety of our drivers and passengers.
9. We reserve the right to only take the vehicles on roads that are suitable for the vehicle hired - in the event that traffic calming measures prevent our passing, the vehicles will be set down at a suitable place within a close proximity to the venue.
10. A maximum of 3 passengers is permitted in both the Convertibles and Vintage cars for both comfort and insurance, This extends to 6-8 passengers for the Daimler Limousines as regulated yearly in PSV testing.
11. In the event of a chosen car not being available on the date booked we reserve the right to utilise a replacement of similar high quality and specification.
